Our Process
- First, we will start with a digital rendering for your approval.
- Then we move on the the sculpting process. The sculpture is then scanned into our 3-D drafting software where the material cutting patterns are created.
- Once the pieces are all cut out, its on to the sewing tables where every inflatable is hand-sewn and assembled.
- Finally we will add any finishing touches such as custom airbrushing or digital printed graphics.
The finished product will look just like the digital rendering and will be delivered to you with years of reliability.
